As a prepper, it is recommended to store non-rechargeable alkaline batteries such as AA, AAA, C, and D batteries. These batteries have a long shelf life and are readily available in stores. It is important to rotate and replace these batteries regularly to ensure they are always in good working condition when needed in emergency situations. Additionally, rechargeable batteries can also be stored as long as they are kept charged and rotated regularly. **

The prepper movement is a response to the uncertainty of the future and a desire to be self-sufficient in the face of potential disasters. While some may view it as extreme or paranoid, it can also be seen as a practical way to prepare for emergencies and unexpected events. It's important for individuals to be prepared for potential disruptions, but it's also important to balance preparedness with living in the present and not letting fear dominate our lives. **
