Domestic wars are conflicts that occur within the borders of a single country, involving different groups or factions within that country. These conflicts are often driven by political, social, or economic factors and can result in significant violence and instability. Interstate wars, on the other hand, are conflicts between two or more sovereign states or countries. These wars can be sparked by territorial disputes, resource competition, ideological differences, or other geopolitical reasons. Interstate wars can have far-reaching consequences and impact not only the countries involved but also the international community. **

In the USA, a freeway is a type of road that is free of any intersections or traffic signals, allowing for uninterrupted flow of traffic. On the other hand, an interstate is a specific type of freeway that is part of the Interstate Highway System, a network of highways that connect major cities and regions across the country. While all interstates are freeways, not all freeways are necessarily interstates. Interstates are typically identified by their blue and red shield signs, while freeways may have different designations or signage. **

The Interstate Treaty on Broadcasting is considered a contract for services rather than a contract for work. The treaty outlines the obligations and rights of broadcasters in providing their services, as well as regulations and standards to ensure the quality and legality of broadcasting content. **
